I use flax in my baking and in daily oatmeal.

@Justmeraeagain I have a good assortment of gluten-free flours and have learned to mix up recipes for waffles, pancakes, muffins, cupcakes and cake bars (banana bars the last one) without even using a recipe. They all seem to turn out good. Those mixes are really expensive compared to what I can mix up my own for. I’ve made carrot bars, apple-walnut bars, vanilla, chocolate, etc cupcakes, and several types of waffles that way. Due to the price and very low quality of gluten free bread I was motivated to start making my own.
