well....
cars are mostly compact to that indicates Europe
traffic is righthand side, so its not UK....
the P for parking on the right is white against a blue field
cyclists appear to wear helmets... that excludes the netherlands
roadside plane trees put it in temperate areas... excluding the nordics

I think I would put it in France Belgium or Germany

out of the three ... best guess belgium ?

@HoraceGreenley Many of the town/ city names used in America are derived from the UK - Newark in Nottinghamshire has been around since before America was discovered 😂😂😂
