Yes. I choose it every day, even when things are hard.

No physical pain, it's warm in my house and cold outside, I've got enough to eat, my children are healthy - I have no reasons to complain.

Yes, it doesn't pay to be sad and we can control how we feel.

Honestly, No. It’s been a rough year with all this COVID garbage thrown on top everything thing else I’m dealing with.
