The way I understand it it's about censorship and content filtering based on moral values of a certain group of people. I don't think it's necessarily bad in moderation but I heard stories where it had been blown out of proportions. Allegedly, the comics industry and independent artists suffered great losses in recent years. One thing is if the boss of a private company decides that he doesn't want you as his employee because your political/moral views are in conflict with what the company tries to present another thing is when independent artists are gang-attacked on online platforms because their works have been accused of having content offensive to this specific group to the point where the platform starts filtering this content and labeling artists as offensive. In many cases it's not even a legit reason, just some absurd made-up bullshit.
I support free speech, we had this kind of shit before 1989, we don't need it again. The trash will take out itself. I can decide myself what is offensive or morally flawed, I don't need someone else to decide that for me and filter the content before I can have a chance to form my own opinion about it.
