What’s your common reason when you don’t feel like doing anything?

I just don't feel like doing anything....for whatever the reason whether it is not feeling well, tired, stressed, and so on. It doesn't always stop me from doing what I have to or need to do, but there are times when I do have the freedom to decide I'm just not going to do much or anything at all.
