What’s the best thing you make with leftover turkey?

@cherokeepatti 4 20 pounders . 2 baked , 2 fried . I have to admit the fried ( with injected seasoning) was really good

@waleskinder oh it was. Veggies picked in the garden and cooked and served within an hour, a natural sweetness to them. No additives and the meat very fresh.

@waleskinder We only had DDT in our chicken and eggs 🤣

Always good! With mashed potatoes, bread and gravy.

For some reason or other, the stuffing is allways gone by the end of Thanksgiving day. Then comes the hot open-face sandwiches on day two.

@Emmaguiller There’s a meal kitchen serving meals to anyone walking in the door, 3 meals a day 7 days a week. I don’t think the poor want to risk eating someone’s leftovers if they don’t know their hygiene.
