When do you think it's appropriate to blow a black whistle, and when do you think it's appropriate to blow a white one?

If one has to blow a whistle the color doesn't matter.

Believe me when I tell you, despite what you've heard, that is not a whistle they've been asking you to blow.

I prefer the shiny chrome ones myself...
