how about LSD cooking

cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
Sounds like the Galloping Gourmet Show in the 70’s!
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@ninalanyon I didn’t know that. He would always open a bottle of wine to cook with and then start chugging it. He was funny on his show but Foster Brooks, a comedian, was too.

@cherokeepatti What made me think "Yuk" about Graham Kerr (I was only little!) was that he'd come to the front for a "chat to camera" and light a fag, flicking ash into one of the pans he'd just used 🤮. The "time for a short slurp" bit was fine. That of course was at an age when I hated anyone smoking. (er things have changed a bit)
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Rosejilly Yeah I remember that. I worked in a place in the 70’s where the cook would hold a cigarette in her mouth in the doorway of the kitchen & flick ashes everywhere. It was a congregation meal program for seniors.

It's already been done. Google Keith Floyd, or the galloping gourmet.
Tuscan · 70-79, M
@ArtieKat most of the current celebrity chefs take themselves far too seriously.
ArtieKat · M
@Tuscan Agreed! I know it's cruel but I was rather amused that Jamie Oliver's empire has come crashing down.Sanctimonious tw*t! ;-)
Rosejilly · 56-60, F
@Tuscan Did anyone see the Keith Floyd one from Hadrian's Wall. "What would the Romans have eaten here?". Was mostly sheep, wine & a few herbs. Ended up throwing it over his shoulder "..and that's why the Romans left Britain".
I was going to answer but I did...14 months ago!
Yulianna · 22-25, F
@KiwiBird i don't think i can describe anyone that way...
KiwiBird · 36-40, F
@Yulianna It is an odd way of describing a half, I will admit.
Yulianna · 22-25, F
@KiwiBird 😆
Yulianna · 22-25, F
but do you also have to be drunk to watch it?
Myself11 · 61-69, M
@Yulianna it doesn’t hurt 😜
Yulianna · 22-25, F

MrAboo · 36-40, M
No, hot dogs with Mayo and bbq sauce is not a series to watch
FreestyleArt · 31-35, M
Yes. Iwish I was recorded when I was really drunk and decided to cook Bolognas along with crumbles of bread. garnished with burnt salad all in a pan. next day I woke up with a big fatty hangover and saw all the food in the pan is completely Burnt.
Yulianna · 22-25, F
how do you cook a drunk?
Yulianna · 22-25, F
@ArtieKat no... but is he too drunk to notice?
ArtieKat · M
@Yulianna I'd always assumed your cook was a "she"
Yulianna · 22-25, F
@ArtieKat my cook is a she, for sure - and i would not spit on her

You really wanna watch my fat inebriated ass stumble around the kitchen, burn my fingers, and throw anything I can find into a pan?
Myself11 · 61-69, M
Never thought about it but I think it would be awesome 👏
Now there's a law suit waiting to happen.
Sroonaka616 · 31-35, M
