When was the last time you slept more than nine hours?

Yesterday. I knew I didn't have to get out of bed for anything, had stayed up till 3 a.m. the night before and slept without pain for 9 hours and 42 minutes.
Saturday I woke up in agony barely able to walk. We had a huge tropical rainstorm here all day, and today it was the back pain that kept waking me up...again.

I slept 10 hours one night last month because I had gotten almost no sleep the night before.

So long ago, I’m lucky if I get 5/6 hours, never enough. 😑

🤷🏻‍♂️I can’t even remember the last time I slept more than 5 hours!!

🤷‍♀️ Probably years and years ago. I have no clue.
