As a child, what did you think would be awesome about being an adult, but isn’t as awesome as you thought it would be?

Once I grow up there will be answers, there will be a clear path, I will be in charge, I will have control of my time...and none of that happened! Growing up is a great sucking disappointment. I do not recommend it.

I thought it would be awesome to go to bed when I wanted, and to eat whatever I wanted, and to get away from my mother, and ALL of that was actually really awesome.

It’s hard been a adult least when you are a kid you don’t have a care in the world I just wanted to grow up but I’ll eat my words there lol.

Everything was pretty much free and you could do just about anything without people raising eyebrows.
