Do you prefer to appease or confront ?

Confront. Otherwise it sits there and festers, Especially if suppressed or not faced but skirted around.

Confront almost always, unless there is a compelling reason not to. Not confronting will lead to bigger problems down the road. At least, that's my experience.

I don't appease unless I really care for the person. Even then I am more likely to confront.

Neither. I prefer reasonable resolutions of differences.....I'm not the least bit shy about confrontation when necessary.

I am not a fan of confrontation, but I’m not afraid of it either. I’d rather be slow to judge than quick to condemn.

If i confront i need to be 200% sure i have moral high ground. And that never happens

I prefer to think of it as being diplomatic.
