Does this happen in your country?

A new trend is taking pets to see pet psychiatrists to deal with their psychological issues. What do you think of this?

I hadn’t heard of that, some pets may have anxiety and other issues though. My sister wanted me to take care of her dog while she was in the hospital, she handed me a bottle of prescription sedatives and said that the dog wouldn’t go to sleep without them. I took that dog home and she was trembling. I sat down in a chair, picked her up, held her with my arms around her for 20 minutes and talked to her. When she stopped shaking I said “It’s time to go to sleep” She got into her kennel and went to sleep. The problem was my sister and her personality disorder.

🤔...now I gotta check and see if my babies got depression.
If people can afford it I don’t see why not. Not everyone will be able to so I hope it doesn’t become the norm because some people won’t be able to own pets. I think we humans keep raising the stakes.😳👀

Personally I think pet psychiatry is a sham and pet psychiatrists are scammers and quacks.
There have been pet psychics for awhile so this could be cool, too.
