I could survive on that if you eliminated the cheese. On a typical day I skip breakfast or have a slice of homemade pumpkin bread with cranberries and nuts or something similar, and for lunch (usually around dinner time), I have a bowl of soup, and for dinner I have some meat and veg and either rice or potato. So I am only up on that diet by one potato and half a plate of veg.

@4meAndyou Proving once again that people need very little food to function, not as much as they tell us to eat on tv programs and stuff.

@lightshinesthroughdarkness Correct. They only tell you to eat that much because there is no other way to get your RDA's unless you take a vitamin.

Not enough. I mean it could be enough to survive, but just for that. You'd lose a lot of weight etc.
You need more energies to think, to be productive at work etc.

@lightshinesthroughdarkness You need vitamins, proteins, carbs, sugars and many other things to sustain your body, water doesn't have it and just pizza and a bit of chicken doesn't have enough of that too.

@Sharky86 but I'm still alive, and I've done this for many months. Maybe I'm a super human robot girl or maybe we don't need alot of food at all.

@lightshinesthroughdarkness Maybe it's also related to your age and lifestyle, and also your body, people of different age and size needs different food.
