Not enough. I mean it could be enough to survive, but just for that. You'd lose a lot of weight etc.

@Sharky86 You could get that energy from water. True. I don't think you could be more productive if your body was metabolising so much because alot of energy is used to metabolise food. Why the people who get tired at the middle of day(afternoon nap) usually ate a huge breakfast and the people who work till late only had coffee for breakfast. The more physical tasks require you to eat but desk work does not require people to eat alot and thats why many office workers get fat.

@lightshinesthroughdarkness You need vitamins, proteins, carbs, sugars and many other things to sustain your body, water doesn't have it and just pizza and a bit of chicken doesn't have enough of that too.

@Sharky86 but I'm still alive, and I've done this for many months. Maybe I'm a super human robot girl or maybe we don't need alot of food at all.

@lightshinesthroughdarkness Maybe it's also related to your age and lifestyle, and also your body, people of different age and size needs different food.
