I could survive on that if you eliminated the cheese. On a typical day I skip breakfast or have a slice of homemade pumpkin bread with cranberries and nuts or something similar, and for lunch (usually around dinner time), I have a bowl of soup, and for dinner I have some meat and veg and either rice or potato. So I am only up on that diet by one potato and half a plate of veg.

@4meAndyou Proving once again that people need very little food to function, not as much as they tell us to eat on tv programs and stuff.

@lightshinesthroughdarkness Correct. They only tell you to eat that much because there is no other way to get your RDA's unless you take a vitamin.
