Were you aware that the POTUS has been traveling the country holding actual RALLIES where he trashes his opposing political party—even though he’s their president, too ?
Perhaps folks are just taking their cues from him. 😳

As usual, you’ve nailed it. @bijouxbroussard
Omg right ? Especially when nothing political is being discussed 😆 I was just thinking this and then I saw this post. I asked a question about volunteering at a soup kitchen and this guy is on there ranting about how terrible some previous presidents were. Can you take that to the politic section bud ? WE TALKING ABOUT SOUP

I think you might be overanalyzing....people are very angry right now and some of them support the reason for the anger because they are just plain STUPID!!!!

It's cult like behaviour and what they do seems like indoctrination. They cannot be rational because they have blind 'faith'.

Yep. Especially the far right and far left. No need for it.

I find it somewhat humorous if you don't agree with somebody, you are automatically a "libtard" or "nazi" ....I've been called both..make up your damn minds america!

I've noticed a large group of people on both sides of the divide who do that regularly. In any political debate when you know in advance that you can't defend your own position (because you don't have the mental wherewithal or you are too lazy to do your research or you are otherwise ill prepared), you throw out a bomb. It means, generally, that the bomb throwers are very emotionally attached to their own positions but don't have what it takes to defend their ideas in hand to hand.

Yes they do. People can change things by voting not insults.

Yes. I’ve aways heard the bit about politics and religion being things you don’t bring up where you want to keep the peace, but I have never seen this level of malice before. Not just exasperation or irritation but an instant mindless hatred.

I completely agree.

Some people appear to have almost no personality, save for their partisan anger. I avoid.
