If anything, racism is perpetuated by all rich people. I grew up in a rural town where there are as equal amount of poor white people. There reason they are racist. In every major civilization, collapse has happened in government when the gap between the haves and have nots is to big. You think either party really cares about you? Ask black people in New York if they got beat by police. Ask black people in Chicago if the had voting rights before every one else.
Life is hard for a lot of people. Being white may get you better treatment by other white people, but you still have to work for everything in life. Look at all the NFL stars that end up broke that make more money in the few years of football than most whites will make in their entire lives. Why do you not call the privileged?
Let's be realistic to the situation. We live in America, black, white, yellow, green, whatever. This is one of the wealthiest nations in the world. And I think we all can agree there is no reason for people live in poverty, especially generation after generation. We can fight each other like the governments have done to us for years, sending poor people to fight their battles over seas. Or we can drop the bullshit and fight the real problems and ills of society. There's a reason we ditched monarchy so many years ago. But now it's back. It's name is Big Money.
