Is California a good place to live?

I’ve been thinking about moving there once I get done with college.

The state is so diverse in everything -- topography, climate, people, and degree of urbanization from totally rustic to major urban centers -- that you most likely can find a niche that suits you. Just be prepared for sticker shock on cost of living if your goal is the urban or coastal areas.
