It's intentional. I saw a gif the other day of someone doing it, they just gently tap away at certain points. It's pretty cool but vandelism bad.

I feel like it's intentional, but yeah, if I owned the place I'd have that overlayed with a clear plastic and keep it like that.

Reminds me of a restaurant in my area that had a bullet hole in one of their windows, but they kept it there for decades because it was left by some famous early 20th century outlaw (don't remember who).

I hope whoever it was isn’t very badly hurt after running into that window, he’ll probably sue the owner for having to clean of a window and win then we will all have to put warning signs on all our windows. 🙃

I can't image that being an accident, I'm assuming someone took a lot of time slowly breaking it.

If you can reseal it, to make sure no one can get cut, and no air is getting though, I'd absolutely keep it.
