I think there are some beautiful girls in Brazil.
Sure. Why wouldn't anyone want to go to Rio?

Absolutely go to it! It’s like the crown jewel of parties!

I have been there once and honestly, never again.
Way too many people and noise. Crime is at its apex during carnival and finally, I hate big crowds. Makes you feel unsafe, mainly as a woman.

@Blessica Don't get me wrong, I love Brazil and have seen so many beauties ranging from the Amazon in Manaus, Santarem and Belem down to the impressive Iguassu Waterfalls. I even was able to look at beautiful gems in Ouro Preto. I am a fan of Brazil.
Now, as for carnival, I was in Rio in February 2018 and everyone warned us about the crime rates and theft, mainly targeting tourists. There seems to have been a surge in crimes during that period directed towards tourists.
I would go anytime again to Rio, just not during carnival time.
Be proud of your beautiful country.

Years ago maybe. I don't do crowds now due to random shootings.

@MrAverage1965 Great !!!
I'm not big on crowds, and parades usually seem pointless to me. But maybe once to see how it's different and get to say I've experienced it once.

Was on my bucket list at one time. My bucket has too many leaks these days. 🥺

I would go to Carnival in Venezuela. With my ex-boyfriend. For his Avataria concert.
ChipmunkErnie · 70-79, M
Probably not -- first I don't like crowds, second it's too far away.

It looks fun but I wouldn't , I hate crowds

I would’ve when I was younger, probably. I had been to Mardi Gras back in the day, and it would likely be along the same lines.
