I am about to book my ticket for another country

But there is a man here that I've been dating for few months now. I don't know what to do. Leaving for abroad has been a calling ...or is it an excuse, a dreamland in my head to avoid setting proper boundaries to the environment and the spaces i live in?
Do i want to leave.... for what reason really?? It's strange. Apart from him, there's nothing holding me back.

Following one's dream, especially when it takes you away from something or someone you've become attached to is difficult. Ask yourself, when did you dream of this journey? Before or after meeting him? How likely is it that you'll be able to go another time, if you delay it now? There are so many questions to ask yourself and no one but you can answer it.

I've made decisions that have taken me away or even agreed with someone I cared about having to leave. It hurt, it was tough, but in the long run I can and have looked back and can say I don't regret any of them. I got to experience things I never would have, if I'd have waited and I know, for those that left me behind, they got to live their dream.

If it's a trip away, maybe he'd wait or at least be open to seeing how things are when you return. If this is permanent, well that's a different story. I wish there was an easy answer, but no matter what you decide, something will always be on your mind of whether it was right or wrong.

My suggestion is, follow your heart, weigh out everything you can think of and do it. Sorry if this doesn't help, but I wish you the very best on this one. I've been there and know it's not easy. 馃

I think if you believe in destiny then it doesn鈥檛 matter if you go. If you鈥檙e meant to be together than you鈥檒l meet again.

If you don鈥檛 believe in destiny then there鈥檚 no reason to stay with this person because you鈥檒l meet someone else.

If you go then it鈥檚 probably a good idea to end it outright before you go, because you鈥檒l be busy and people will be jealous and what not.

The biggest mistake I ever made was not leaving my ex girlfriend when I had the leave don鈥檛 leave question.

Leave. Go. Live your life. Get his number and say goodbye.
You answered your own question. Ew to putting your dreams on hold for someone you've known for a blink of an eye. Just ew.

I think you should try leaving, explain him your choice. In the end you can always come back, not necessarily for him.
Maybe you just need some time away, to try new things and meet new people, maybe it'll be a life choice, only time will tell.

If it is about timing, you're at the ripe age to move abroad and build some cashflow.
If it is about what is possibly love... then you may ultimately regret what could have been.
Bear in mind tho, that the same would apply if you remained behind, you could regret what could have been if you had left when the opportunity presented.
Ultimately, pick your poison - which do you think you'd regret more in the years to come?

Here's wishing you well on your choices, and peace in your destinations.
