I wouldnt give much attention to that person. May be learned dogma or their brains reaction to something traumatic as the victim having power protects them from actualising it could happen to them or anyone really. Its just sad.

That's just ridiculous, it's beyond idiocy. It completely disregards the complexities of leaving an abusive partner, if you even have the emotional separation to realise that they're abusive. She speaks like she would never be a victim and yet her naivety says otherwise.
