How Often Do You Cry?

Most days at least once, but all my emotions are hardwired to my tear ducts. lol

Not so often, although my heart is easily touched/affected by many things.

Rarely, but I did shed a tear this week.

I cry a lot. I'm a tired pitiful broken-down old man.

I'd have to say never coz it must be years ago, I can't remember when. It probably would be better if I cried more coz it's supposed to relieve stress. They analysed the chemicals in tears when people were upset and they were quite different from tears produced from getting something in your eye, or peeling onions.

Not that often. And no schedule.

Once a month or so. Whenever it all just builds up to the point of being too much.

Not that often, I hate crying. I cried this week when I heard that a wonderful poster here had passed away. People come and go, and you don’t always know what became of them. 😞

With my ptsd if something upsets me , tears are the better option
