Do you ever worry about some illness or disease you may get?

Sometimes I'll think what if I get cancer? I'm 43 and many seem to get it on their 40s or 50s 😕 Or if I have a pain in my leg or arm that's there for more than a little while I'll think what If I get ALS? It sucks having an anxiety disorder. Always wondering what wrong thing might happen.

I dont worry bc ive had brain tumor broken bones lime disease asthma etc. And worse a stroke and worse. I have best family in history. Ill be fine.
