What's something you do to feel like you've hit a reset button?

Helping people. I used to help everyone. I've now realized that those same people you helped can really be cruel and turn on you. Helping defend others can also backfire. Now just staying to myself.

A hard day's work on my farm and seeing the accomplishments at the end of the day.

Time alone and getting dressed up and going out as Willa.

Go fishin, with my pet duck.

Travel

Time alone, walking, music, early night. 😌

It just happens I don't know how though.

Get my feet done at the spa.

I’ll get a bit o that just by going to bed but I find it harder overall than when I was younger.

Traveling in the motorhome and exploring. Just seeing what's over the next hill.

Packing up my camper and disconnecting from the world for a few days.

Sex and naps.

Starting shit with professional peeps

finishing a project no matter how big or small it is.

Nothing. It's just snowballing.

Get a new job.

A heartening cry for me.

Getting a lot of sleep on my days off of work.

Getting my hair trimmed.

Buying new clothes. I do that so.seldom.

Buying new footwear. Any kind.

Getting recognized by a kind remark for what I do. Writing. Helping. Etc.

Having a weekend off work.

I go for an evening walk.

Dishes. Clean the car.

A 12 hour nap

Shower and sleep
