What's something you wish you did more of when you we're younger ?

Stop worrying. I worried far too much. I should have just done my thing without carrying all that around with me. It turned out okay after all.

Wish I didn’t join the service. Wish I stayed home and spent those years drinking

Had the chance of a proper education and been allowed friends.

Practiced mindfulness and meditation.

Have more faith in myself
