In my opinion appropriation isn’t a thing. I was taught that sharing ideas from people who are different is a good thing.

If we are ever going to get to a point where we are all equal this concept has to be allowed to die.

Appropriation is when you like a culture's stuff but want to oppress or kill the people who created it. Such as liking Mexican food but wanting to imprison Mexicans.
