@MarmeeMarch it’s like markets, shops installed in a city, a plaza etc. It’s where ppl socialize, drink etc just enjoying the festive holidays . I like it when I didn’t have kids and I can drink a lot of gluhwein but now 🤷🏻♀️
Worst food as far as taste or as far as ingredients? Toss up between Middle Eastern nations and Asian nations, but I'd lean towards the Middle Eastern nations as far as the worst food on both taste and ingredients.
@KiwiBird I have been to China, Spain, Belgium and France and while I have not been to the Middle East yet, I have had some of their cuisine. I have also had Korean, Viet Nam and Thai food as well as foods from Israel.
@IM5688 @IM5688 I have travelled extensively throughout Asia and the food in the local warungs is vastly different from westernised restaurants carrying a so called Asian name, Thai, Malaysian, Indian, Cambodians, Vietnamese or whatever. I certainly wouldn't judge a country's food from an Australian or US restaurant. Although I guess there would be exceptions.
I hate stereotyping countries with their cuisine. In my opinion homecooked food prepared with care and knowledge is always delicious. Any nation which loses its ability to cook with soul will become a sad colourless place.

Anyplace. I don't like bland and unseasoned regardless.
If you prepare food yourself and don't rely on processing, "fast food," or prepared food marketed as "authentic," it won't matter where your kitchen is located. If it is not self-prepared, the food anywhere will be horrible.
Lol... soo many people in this thread dissing food they have not even tried!!!
How can any country have the worst food? Everyone has been cooking for millennia... every corner of the world knows by now how to make what nature has given them taste good.
Some dishes may be an acquired taste... but on the whole I don't think there is a country in the world whose food you can say definitively sucks.
