That’s why I always loved SF. When I visited London in the 90s, the weather reminded me of home. Unfortunately, with the years of drought, SF isn’t like that anymore.
And people still think climate change isn’t real.

For an unpopular opinion, this got a lot of support.
Climate change might make us a popular tourist destination yet. 😂

@Darksideinthenight2 The Spanish take summer holidays in San Sebastien. Its on the northern coast and the coolest part of their country in summer. I am joking but maybe....

It sounds good until you don't have a good heating and drainage system 😬 Also if you can stand the humidity it's great I guess.

@Darksideinthenight2 my buddy had taken a job there, years back and I went there for a visit. Fantastic weather, friendly people. Good times. LA seemed crowded. I was never in San Fran.

We have similar weather in my part of the US (the Pacific Northwest). Temperatures usually aren't extreme, regardless of the season, and it's often cloudy and rainy. We are experiencing a minor heatwave at the moment, but it won't last long. It never does.

...have you been paying attention to weather news lately?
Welcome to the NEW British weather--extremes of hot.
I guess you can go to Orkney...20 of the 70 islands are inhabited, per the Wikipedia...

No way lol. I like extremes...extreme hot and extreme cold. It's too mild in the U.K

Must be why British Ex pats love BC. Nothing but rain with 2 months of snow in the winter.
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow The Prairie states (i.e. Alaska) don't appeal, sorry.
