I think Britain has the best weather.
I really don't like extremes of hot and cold. Also, rain is Ok

We have similar weather in my part of the US (the Pacific Northwest). Temperatures usually aren't extreme, regardless of the season, and it's often cloudy and rainy. We are experiencing a minor heatwave at the moment, but it won't last long. It never does.
