Unpopular opinion: just because children amd drunks dismember themselves is no reason cherry bombs and M-80s should be illegal.

@MistyCee Like I said, debate and disagree with the tastes of the decision to release and or the marketeting tactics. Just saying why it isn't illegal or what qualifies as a specific armour peircing round. It's because it is just a glorfied hunting caliber semi auto.

Also the context of those quotes is kinda ambiguous in what they were answering or said in.

@lovelywarpedlemon M80s and cherry bombs are not real bombs god damn it. If it doesn't shrapnel or take out at an entire oak trunk it isn't a bomb.

@MethDozer I don't see people calling for a ban on chainsaws, claw hammers, or cars. All those have been used by stupid people to hurt themselves. Hell, plug outlets would be banned if we went with that standard.
