To anyone having a bad today, no you're not!
- Not sure if y'all remember last year when a truck dropped a huuuuge, aircraft level HUGE piece of shrapnel across 2 lanes of traffic, causing 10k of damage to my vehicle? And causing who knows how much for the other car behind me? And DIPPED FROM THE SCENE? And how my car was in the shop for 4 MONTHS bc the body shop SUCKED?
- Well I had a 2nd vehicle then. Still do. But, I got a NOTARIZED, SIGNED COPY CONTRACT with someone I THOUGHT was my friend, and loaned him my vehicle. He put 7700 miles on it in a month and a half bc he was running DRUGS apparently. He also broke the display, my glove compartment, and part of my door. It is undriveable, so I don't have a backup car.
- Got a ticket for my inspection being out. Took my remaining vehicle (y'know..the one the smuggler guy DIDN'T destroy and get impounded for $500 and DIDN'T run $400 in tolls in my name in) in to be serviced.
- Guy at the auto place says my axles are still messed up. After FOUR MONTHS in the body shop, I'm looking at another 1k in damage to fix.
- Went to two stores to get groceries stocked bc I knew I wouldn't have a driveable vehicle for awhile. Spent $170, prepped a bunch of food, etc.
- ENTIRE FRIDGE AND FREEZER WENT OUT TODAY, AND RIGHT AFTER I CANCELLED MY WARRANTY EARLIER THIS WEEK.
- You have to wait 30 days to use the service if you get the warranty again. I had waited 30 days, issue seemed to have resolved itself and I didn't want to pay $125 to have them come out, so I cancelled on the 30th day.
- Melted a bowl on my hot pan.
- TORNADO threat in my area tonight.
- OPE! Just got notice that my front and back brakes need replacing too
