People kill people. Premeditatively.

Here's my solution. If an individual or individuals kill another human being premeditated, and the evidence clearly shows that, at the next available scheduled day, that individual should be executed.
Do THAT to one and all of them and watch the crime drop.

Once again, a nutter ruins it for those who are gun-owning, law abiding citizens. And let me tell you something. Until YOU have faced gun violence, and are unable to defend yourself, you don't know jack. I have, and there is nothing worse, and yes, absolutely please, I would unequivocally use an AR to do that.
Secondly, the "have's" cannot control and subjugate the "have-not's",, until they've confiscated all the firearms.
Good luck with that.

@Freeranger I agree, but the problem arises when some are arrested and found guilty that are not guilty.

@Carazaa Granted, but given the evidence, if the perpetrator has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt, which is the criteria, then mete out their sentence immediately. These perps know the worst that happens is that they'll become a lifer or out on parole in what 20? Plead insanity.....they'll probably knock off a few more.
But, if there is a clear path to a premeditated charge, then make their justice swift. Watch the crime rate drop. All the gang bangers, people pushing others in front of trains, kidnapper/torturers........try them, then execute them immediately.
