Today Was Rough But I Made It
After my guinea pig died, we buried him outside beyond our balcony wall. We disposed of all his belongings and dismantled his enclosure. I thoroughly cleaned my room (where he was kept), then cleaned the entire apartment and finished all my laundry.
I'm home by myself because my bf and his child went to a BBQ at his mother's house then he took his child to a Halloween Haunted House. It's been peaceful and I'm grateful to have the alone time to sort of deal with my feelings.
The apartment is clean and now I'm just trying to calm my mind. I'm playing The Sims 4 and sipping hot Vanilla Cinnamon tea while I watch Bob's Burgers 🍔 in the background. Self care. 😌
