When someone you like blocks you

Someone I really liked here blocked me today. This person brought me a lot of joy. They are really funny and when I am in pain which is all the time their posts made me laugh.

I was always active on their posts and they commented on one of my posts today and I went to go and comment back and I can’t.

I am just not good at this stuff. Hasn’t been the greatest day and that kinda made it worse 😢.

How do you deal with this?

shrug and move on. Truth is you never really get to know anyone on sites like this. It's quite possible the turmoil is on their end and not yours. Be glad for whatever positive interaction you have then let it go. There is no way to ask why you've been blocked so you'll just drive yourself crazy trying to puzzle it out.

@NodandaWink I tell people before I block them so they know, I don’t know if that’s the right thing to do.

@iamonfire696 I think it is but you can't enforce that as a rule for others. You can only do what is right for you. People come here for a myriad of reasons and only let you see what they want you to see so you just never know what their motivations are or why they react as they do. As I said earlier you just have to take whatever positive comes along and shrug off the negative.
