When someone you like blocks you

Someone I really liked here blocked me today. This person brought me a lot of joy. They are really funny and when I am in pain which is all the time their posts made me laugh.

I was always active on their posts and they commented on one of my posts today and I went to go and comment back and I can’t.

I am just not good at this stuff. Hasn’t been the greatest day and that kinda made it worse 😢.

How do you deal with this?

It’s baffling and it can hurt when someone you like blocks you for unknown reasons....I just get to the point of admitting that they had a reason to block me from their standpoint, and there’s nothing I can do about it.

@DragonFruit you are right there’s nothing I can do. Still hurts though. I think I am just far too sensitive to be here.

@iamonfire696 There’s an old Italian saying “Illegitimi non carborundum” (don’t let the bastards grind you down). As much as it might hurt, I won’t let the fact that someone cares less about me than I do about them be the reason for my leaving.....there have been too many good people who have been there for me when I needed them to just abandon this place because one person I liked apparently didn’t like me as much as I thought.
