Mass stabbing at Sydney shopping centre, now a stabbing at a church
Remember these are NOT gun crimes! But knife crimes. The mass stabbing at a shopping centre was NOT a terrorism event but the church stabbing has been declared a terrorism event just this morning.
This shows the feelings in the community are getting heightened because of the attacks by government and religious groups over civil freedoms but also other sort of tensions. I won't go as far as calling them 'radicalised' - that's for the officials to determine.
