This week i got told that my role has been made redundant and that a colleague is filing a formal grievance against me

So the grievance is someone who is also being made redundant and who has been causing problems for me since January. I requested a mediation session in May as her attitude and behaviour was quite toxic. She filed this grievance against me but neither my line manager or hr are able to see what the grievance actually is. HR even commented that the timing of it points to her trying to make a claim to supplement a redundancy payoff.

This, whilst stressful, is just added to the devasting news of my job. It took a while for me to get back to work - something i couldn't have done without Voodoo and Smokin' - and i really love my job.

There are 5 in my area and level and just 2 roles. I guess the above colleague has ruled herself out by her behaviour...when the announcement was made she has not come into work... the other one is possibly over qualified ...but still i may well be out of a job in a few weeks.
