@JaggedLittlePill well, the fact that she had legal cause to get a restraining order shows how bad it got. She could almost sue the therapist for mal practice.
It really sounds like this woman has been taken advantage of by both the stalker AND the therapist.
Someone cut and pasted an article on this earlier, the most fucking shocking thing is this poor woman has been in counselling with this man for over a YEAR in order to try and get his thick head to understand she doesn't view him romantically, she should be suing him for trauma not the other way round.

@JaggedLittlePill I’m reminded of a similar lawsuit of 2 million dollars or something where the Asian guy sued his wife for ugly kids…like wtf dude!!! How shallow can you be?
@JaggedLittlePill I guess this is a case of "everybody has the right to a fair trial" not being able to have the necessary checks and balances. This is harassment towards the other party, and her rights to living in peace should be respected. I'd like to see a system where any application to court clearly needs to state the LAW that the other party has broken. It might weed some stuff out.
