I’d also highlight that executing ‘proven beyond doubt’ murderers is not society sinking to the same depths as them, this is a partial rectification of a person who has gone wrong in order to assist in the provision of a safe society for others to live in.

Just the number of convicted murderers who were executed and later found innocent is reason enough to stop the practice and if it is so heinous and brutal thing to kill another doesn't that make it CRUE and UNUSUAL punishment?

No. Capital punishment is more costly, and even the worst of us can be redeemed and provide some good to the world. Some people are also just sick and need help.

my challenge with the death penalty, it's finding out how many innocent persons have been executed by the state. It is disproportionate in terms of poverty and of race.

Serial killers should be shot in the face. It depends on the case of someone killing someone else. If it's self defence,no they shouldn't. If someone goes around and kills some random person or a loved one, yes. Rapists are the worst. Rapists should all be raped themselves until they eventually die. Some people get life sentences for hardly doing anything. I was watching a video about this man who robbed a couple places when he was 14 I think and he got 3 life sentences 😳😳 WTF.
