If in IRL everyone could read each others thoughts. Do you think we'd run screaming or achieve world peace?

It wouldn't bring world peace. Just because one knows what someone else is thinking doesn't mean they'd understand or tolerate the person. I don't think much would change at all.

I believe in the law of Magnetic Attraction or magnetism. So if that were the case,that we could read minds, I think the earth will be divided in two. It would have a dark side and a light side, meaning Good people on one side and bad people on the other.Bad people find their own kind and the good find their kind too.

Sadly,only half the world would live in (relative)peace,only where the good ones live. It is the nature of evil to want to destroy peace and anything good, thus the need of the good to want to be separated from them.

I think some people would show more compassion to others and the rest would use what they learn from thoughts to manipulate indirectly like scams or whatever.

No. I think most peoples thoughts are put in plain sight.
