Is wearing fake glasses weird?

I currently wear very real glasses but I plan to get contacts sooner than later. I think glasses can serve a fashion purpose as well as a medical one, so I think once I get contacts I might keep a pair or two of fake glasses to fit an outfit or something. I used to think that fake glasses were really stupid and it was unfair towards people who actually need glasses, but now my opinion's drastically changed. I dunno.

Where your real glasses when they go south your outfit, if you wear contacts you still need to have a pair of glasses as backups anyway

You can't wear contacts and real glasses at the same time. Then you wouldn't be able to see.
