I'm too shy to wear bikini. What can I do? How to be comfortable?

I feel so insecure about my body. It's my first time, because I'm conservative. But I want to boost my self-confidence.. :(

You don't have to wear a bikini. Just wear what your comfortable with. A one peace can look good too
