Why do people think you have to do everything with your spouse and if you do something without him/her it's viewed as weird??

I went out the other night without my husband cuz he didn't feel like going where I was going. People told me that was odd that I'd go out without him. He was happy doing his thing and I was happy doing mine. What's wrong with that?

[c=#7700B2]Nothing's wrong with that at all. But everybody does marriage differently.[/c]

Sounds like you have healthy trust and enough confidence in yourselves and each other to have no problems with retaining individuality.

Everyone is different. My husband and I both like all the same things and like to do everything together. But that's just us.

Nothing as long as you're both ok with it

People are different. You guys have a pretty healthy relationship. Personally I don't worry when my partner hangs out with her friends. At some point in the night I check the clock though. ;-)

Nothing is wrong with. Actually your reconnection with him later on feels more intense cuz you prolly missed each other during through the day.

There is nothing wrong with it. Being married doesn't mean you are suddenly conjoined twins.
