Do people laugh at other people pain.

Do many of you laugh at other pain or is that not normal. I tend to laugh at their pain or their stupidity that they have done to them self. Sometimes it just not funny at all but I can't help it and find it very awkward.

I mean more of like walking into a pole, stub your toe, banged your funny bone that kind of thing. Nothing like being punched in the face or anything higher then that.
