A place where I can open up without being afraid of being judged ❤

One thing I've come to appreciate about this platform is that I feel like I can actually open up about what I'm going through without constantly worrying about being judged. Other platforms can make you feel like you have to defend yourself just for trying something different, but here, I've felt a little more comfortable sharing my story.

I've been talking about my first ebook, The Daughter She Raised Too Soon, a personal story about firstborn daughters who have to grow up too quickly. I've shared what inspired me to write it, my hopes for it, and my goal of making $2,000 by December through my $5 book.

Honestly, I haven't made a single sale yet, and sometimes that really discourages me. I keep wondering whether anyone will ever give my book a chance. I know $2,000 is a huge goal, especially when I'm starting with no audience or advertising budget, and lately, I've been questioning whether it's even possible.

But despite all that, I still have hope. Maybe someone will come across my story and see something in it that resonates with them. Maybe one person will decide to give my book a chance. Right now, I wish I could reach someone who genuinely connects with what I've written.

And even though I haven't made a sale, I do appreciate the people who have listened, encouraged me, and allowed me to share my journey. Sometimes, knowing that someone is willing to hear you out means more than they realise.

I'm not giving up on my book just yet. I don't know where this journey will take me, but I still want to believe that something can come from it.

Have you ever worked towards something you really wanted, only to reach a point where you started questioning whether your dream was realistic? How did you keep going when the results weren't coming? ❤

Put it on minds.com and boost it itll appear all over the site. I've seen authors do that there a lot.

Have you looked into getting reviews for your book? There are reviewers out there who will review ebooks, and there are services like https://www.bookreverb.com/ that don't cost a lot of money.

You resolve that you believe in yourself and you believe in your work and you keep going with it. That has to come from within you, if it's not there in you then it won't come from anywhere else. Most people will eventually choose an easier path and will quit. You have to be the one that doesn't. Good luck.
