My ac went out at home, had to leave and get a hotel…. It was almost 90 inside.
But I did get my nails and toes done today… lol!

been there done that. . I hate when that happens. .I'm Sorry you had to deal with that, . that's always one of the worse things to break. I'm always like🤬 when something like that breaks. That happens to people during winter time too the heating can break & it gets 20° indoors

@Oneofthestormboys neither does my cousin in California, but it was much cooler in his house with no AC than it was in mine where I live, maybe because of the humidity here and not having any air flow through the house for so long . There was no way I was going to be able to look decent for work getting ready in that heat

Wet heat or dry heat? I've always found that it's the humidity that matters most when temperatures get in the 90's and above.

@ShenaniganFoodie Depends where you are. I love the heat even with the humidity here but not with trying to take a shower blow dry my hair and get ready for work. There were also no windows or doors open so no air flowing through the house at all. It felt better outside than it did in the house when I got home last night
