I ask my neighbor if I could use his phone to called uber because I left my phone there.

As I was approaching him he told me "Don't come any closer". He thought really hard about letting me used his phone too. Yesterday I told "what's up" and he took forever to respond.

@Monalisasmith86 I left in uber. I was using his phone to call uber. I just thought it was strange that he told me to stay were I was at and yesterday I saw him. I said hi, but him but he took a while to respond.
