But I love mornings so I wake up early before 5 a.m. to start working while having my coffee.

Lately I feel groggy and I am in pain. An hour and a half after getting up...still groggy.

@4meAndyou arthritis? Same as my left leg & sometimes my hands cry out too.

@SavingPrivateHannah I am sorry for your pain. I have arthritis in both knees...but my right hand is post-surgical for carpal tunnel, and I am still healing. My left had has a possible ganglion cyst at the wrist, AND tendonitis further up the hand....so I have two large lumps on my hand, and it hurts my fingers quite a bit.
