My therapist recommended I should come on SW regularly

She said it will help me become a more sane person.

What do you guys think? Was she ok to recommend this?

You received some excellent advice. This place has healed many. I personally showed up here thinking I was beyond help. But a few days interaction and observation…suddenly didn’t think I was so bad off.
